State Park Fall Fest

McKinney Falls State Park had a history/outdoors Fall Fest.  Caleb (who looks just like a park ranger) had a table with fishing poles for families to use as well as a backyard bass area.  When he was away, we got to hand out poles and worms and that was enjoyable.
There were several other areas including this Aztec archery type thing.
And making arrow heads out of flint stone.  Nita and family joined us for the first part.
Then we walked down to the falls to enjoy the wonderful weather and great nature.
I told Lydia that Nana and Grandpa would be having a heart attack watching her on the edge of the high rocks!
Gloria made a huge ball of river weeds and in posing with it held it to her face like she does with all her nature/bug finds!
The event was well attended, a good group without it being too crowded that it wasn't fun.  The girls played with another girl before we had to leave to get ready for the birthday party.
